Midi Commander allows you to send MIDI messages through a USB-connected MIDI interface. You can define MIDI messages such as control change and program change for each button, enabling you to switch patches and control MIDI keyboards or similar equipment.

To adjust values and transmitted data for buttons, set the EDIT switch to ON and perform a long click. Additional functions can be accessed through the menu.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your Android device must support USB-Host functionality. Do not rate the app poorly if your connected MIDI device is not recognized, as it may be due to your Android device not working in USB-Host mode. Additionally, ensure that your MIDI device is class-compliant, meaning it does not require specific drivers for USB-MIDI operation.

Known issues:

• If your MIDI device appears correctly but doesn't execute commands, try adjusting the ID cable number in Global Settings (an issue observed with Korg Microkorg XL keyboard).
• We have encountered problems with Clavia Nord Keyboards where MIDI commands may not function as expected.
